All recent scans (e.g. MRI, X-ray, CT and Ultrasound) relavent to your condition.
Referral letter from a GP or specialist.
What should I wear?
Loose fitting clothing is advisable for ease of assessment and treatment. If you prefer to bring suitable clothing to change, our private individual rooms are here for your privacy.
What should I expect from my first appointment?
First time patients are advised to arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment, since a registration form must be completed prior to treatment. Your physiotherapist will perform a 2-part assessment.
First, your attending physiotherapist will begin by discussing your condition, symptoms and goals of physiotherapy. Secondly, a physical assessment will be conducted through a series of movements.
At the end of the session, you may be given some treatment or exercises to do at home.
